Profile
Welcome to my profile! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right fit is important. I
specialize in helping men navigate emotional struggles, relationship challenges, trauma, and sexual
concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard as we work
toward the life you want.
My approach: My approach is collaborative and practical. We will identify what’s not working, clarify
what you want instead, and build tools to help you get there. I use CBT to help you challenge unhelpful
thoughts, EFT to work through deeper emotional patterns, and Motivational Interviewing to strengthen
motivation for change. When helpful, I also offer hypnosis to reinforce our work, especially around
sexual anxiety.
My focus: I specialize in supporting men who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Whether it’s
pressure to live up to expectations, unresolved trauma, relationship strain, or sexual concerns. Together,
we’ll work on building confidence, emotional clarity, and healthier patterns.
My communication style: My communication style is warm, direct, and non-judgmental. I listen closely,
validate your experience, and gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. You can expect open
dialogue, honest feedback, and a calm space where you can talk about things you may not feel
comfortable saying anywhere else.
My journey to mental healthcare: My journey began when I sought counseling in college while
navigating questions about my identity. That experience changed my life and helped me see the power
of a strong therapeutic connection. Since then, I’ve been committed to helping others, especially men,
find clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.
My goals for you: My goal is to help you identify what’s getting in the way of the life you want, whether
that’s emotional regulation, relationship satisfaction, confidence, or sexual health and support you in
taking consistent steps toward meaningful change.
My first session with you: In our first session, you can share whatever feels most important; your
stressors, your goals, or your story. I’ll ask questions to understand what you’re experiencing and what
you’d like to change, but you set the pace. This session helps us build a foundation of trust and outline a
direction that feels safe and manageable.
